Who we are
The Office Technology Center (OTC) provides state-of-the-art network services for the Student Affairs organization. OTC also provides direct technical support services for specific departments within Student Affairs.
How to obtain technical support
If you are a staff member of a department directly serviced by OTC, you may obtain technical support through one of the contact methods below.
- For general requests, please email helpdesk@uclanet.ucla.edu with a description of the issue. All emails to the helpdesk automatically generate a help ticket.
- For urgent requests, you may call the OTC main line at 310-825-7552.
